Description

The purpose of the role is to deal with all Pre-Analytical queries, with direct communication with clients including Hospital Staff, GP’s and Surgery staff regarding internal queries. To ensure a first-class experience of our service for clients and colleagues by Investigating and resolving non-conformances.

Summary of Specific Tasks

  • Deal with all queries to include Client Services, Referrals and Laboratory.
  • Direct communication with all clients including Hospital Staff, GP’s and Surgery staff regarding internal queries.
  • Investigate and resolve non-conformities from Eurofins Biomnis France International Support team and other external partner laboratories to ensure a first-class experience of our service for our clients and your colleagues.
  • Administer and resolve all amendments/ Fin-queries/Lab-queries.
  • Provide support for Client Service requests and ensure best service to our Clients.
  • Log all Service Requests on Eurofins Biomnis’ CRM software system, ensure the action required is taken to fully resolve the enquiry and close off on CRM.
  • Liaise with colleagues in other departments and referral laboratories to ensure a full service is provided to meet all the client needs.
  • Actively liaise between the Laboratory, Client Services, Technical Supervisor, and or clients, to notify them of any critical patient information ranging from unusual results, to problematic specimens.
  • Cover of Pre-Analytic Department duties where there is annual leave or other lack of cover.
  • Escalate issues as required to the Technical Supervisor and Client Services Manager and keep updated of any relevant Client issues.
  • Generate KPI report on a monthly basis.
  • Recognise and alert the Technical Supervisor of any unusual trends in client calls.

Qualifications

Education

  • Leaving Certificate or Equivalent

Experience

  • Direct communication with clients particularly hospital, GP/surgery staff an advantage.
  • Experience with KPIs also an advantage.
  • Previous experience of a CRM system an advantage.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Can do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to resolve all issues.
  • Experience in customer care.
  • Proven problem solver.
