Description

In this newly created role, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement function by:

• Setting up and maintaining item and supplier master data in purchasing and financial systems
• Reviewing non-catalogue requisitions to ensure compliance with corporate policies and support strategic sourcing
• Delivering training sessions and responding to procurement-related queries from internal stakeholders
• Analysing procurement data to identify sourcing and cost-saving opportunities, and assisting in project management
• Supporting the reporting of savings initiatives across Australia and New Zealand
• Maintaining the pricing database, including renewing and negotiating supplier pricing agreements

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups

• Flexible work arrangements available (full-time or part-time, minimum 30 hours/week)
• Hybrid work model with at least 3 days per week in the office
