SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive and expand our diagnostic kits business in the Food Safety segment, specifically focused on allergens, mycotoxins, and pathogens across multiple countries in Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a network of distributors, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across diverse markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue in the Food Safety diagnostics sector.
2. Manage and grow a portfolio of distributors, ensuring optimal performance and market coverage.
3. Identify and onboard new distribution partners where needed.
4. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support product launches, training, and customer engagement.
5. Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor activity, and regulatory trends.
6. Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and performance reviews regularly.

Qualifications

1. Willing to travel up to 50%
2. Proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus
3. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in regional sales, preferably in food diagnostics or life sciences (Mycotoxins, Allergen, GMO).
4. Prior experience in managing distributor networks across multiple countries in Asia is essential.
