Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

As Sales Support for Cosmetics you will provide sales and business development support alongside administration. 

Main Duties

• To oversee the management of the external sales mailboxes to ensure enquiries are allocated, responded to and followed up by the relevant member of the sales team.
• To personally respond to assigned incoming sales enquiries convert these enquiries into invoiced business.
• To support the cosmetics sales and accounts team, on actions that will assist the conversion of more business opportunities, such as quote generation and general administrative duties
• To support with specific sales activities, campaigns and events – exhibition activities.
• Liaise with Eurofins intercompany partners to establish and confirm schedules and test options.
• Provide support for new client onboarding, the creation of proposals and the raising of quotations.
• Provide support and coordination of the completion of client specific requests including NDAs, supplier documentation requests.
• Answers phone calls from new customers and deals with problems as they arise.
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales and management teams.
• Update all account and contact information for customers using CRM and ensure data is routinely checked for completeness.
• Provide support for the wider team in ongoing CRM updates and maintenance.
• Assist the sales team in follow ups with clients as requested for work confirmations, paperwork and test details etc.
• Provide support on website maintenance and social media posting.
• Provide a high level of internal and external customer care

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role – B2B in a service provider context
• Computer literate.
• Effective communication skills both written and oral.
• High level of attention to detail.
• To be able to communicate to different levels within the business and to gain the confidence of the client.
• To be a self-starter and manage own workload in a timely and effective manner
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
