Description

• Support the day-to-day service delivery, ensuring alignment with defined Service Level Agreements, and Quality Standards.
• Assist in ensuring process compliance with the Group Business Process Model.
• Contribute to maintaining clearly defined, documented, and up-to-date processes and operating procedures (accross the different stream Teams).
• Monitor the teams performance against agreed objectives and support the Manager in implementing improvement actions where needed (across the different stream Teams).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the department to help achieve business objectives and enhance process efficiency.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the internal control framework for processes in scope.
• Prepare the regular performance reports for Senior Management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to help attract and retain talent.
• Contribute to ongoing transition projects and support change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams, preferably in BPO/SSC environment
• Strong financial domain knowledge
• For external candidates outside Eurofins SSC: Proven hands-on experience in invoicing process, payment processing, dunning and accounts reconciliation
• Experience in managing performance against Service Level Agreements
• Experience in managing relation with customers (internal or external)
• Ability to work and adopt to dynamic environment
• Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• High level of energy, drive and passion
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
