Description

1.TEM/FIB设备操作，日常性维护，数据处理，熟练分析TEM数据结果。TEM的样品制备，配合TEM技术人员完成TEM的样品制备，配合SEM技术人员完成SEM样品的FIB 制备。

Operate the TEM/FIB equipment, data handling, daily maintenance. Familiar with analyzing the TEM data. TEM sample preparation, support the TEM staff on the TEM sample preparation, as well as support the SEM technician on the SEM sample preparation,

2.具有独立使用TEM/FIB及相关分析设备的能力；

Can operate the TEM/FIB relevant analysis equipment and lab work independently.

3.在雇员工作岗位和工作能力的合理范围内，雇员的经理不时指示雇员履行的任何其他职责，完成上级交办的其他工作。

Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the Employee‘s manager from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position and work capabilities.

Qualifications

1.两年以上实际TEM/FIB工作经验：掌握TEM/FIB基础操作，如FIB、TEM、STEM、EDS等，具备基本的TEM图像和数据分析能力。

2+ years of TEM/FIB experience, have basic knowledge of TEM/FIB theories and operations (FIB,TEM, STEM, EDS, etc), be able to analyze the TEM data. 

2.材料，物理或化学等相关专业背景，熟悉微结构分析相关知识和材料科学基础知识，大专以上学历。

Materials, physics or chemistry background, familiar with microstructure and mirco-analysis and material background knowledge. Diploma degree or above.

3.人品正直，吃苦耐劳，具备承受一定工作压力的心理素质。

Integrity, hard-working, can work under pressure.

4.处事严谨,独立处理能力强,有团队协作精神,工作积极主动,乐于学习,工作态度良好。

Be precise, independent, teamwork, proactive and willing to learn. With good work attitude.

5.具备英语基本听说读写能力，熟悉Office等办公软件。掌握Digital Micrograph, TIA, Velox或ImageJ等一种或多种软件。

Basic business English (both oral and written), Proficient in one of the listed software, such as Digital Micrograph, TIA, Velox or ImageJ.
