• Serving as Commercialization Team Leader, enabling decision-making with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Value & Access, and other functions.
• Developing the Indication Strategic Plan (ISP) and Global Plan of Action (GPOA), aligned with regional and country-level plans.
• Coaching and developing a high-performing global team, fostering inclusion, accountability, and innovation.
• Building trusted partnerships with priority (G9) and emerging markets, tailoring strategies to local healthcare environments.
• Integrating market intelligence and insights into commercial, clinical, and access strategies.
• Overseeing global launch readiness for ex-US rollout and early planning for future assets.
• Driving brand positioning, multichannel campaigns, and evidence generation for lifecycle management.
• Preparing executive materials for earnings calls, long-range planning, and governance forums.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 15+ years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience, with extensive global or regional strategy leadership.
