This pivotal role positions you as the primary connector between senior leadership and departmental needs in our state-of-the-art SSC hub. Operating within our hybrid workplace program (minimum 4 days in office per week), you'll serve as the principal scheduler, timekeeper, planner, and coordinator for two members of the Lululemon Executive Team.   • Coordinate Executive’s calendar, contacts, meeting invitations, agendas, rooms, tech resources, and refreshments
  • Establish work priorities and direct assignment of work to department staff within scope of authority
  • Manage multi-leg travel arrangements, often requiring continuous changes and rescheduling
  • Own Executive’s expense report submission ensuring policy compliance
  • Oversee approval of department expenses and review employee expense claims for accuracy
  • Act as communications liaison, responding to inquiries and referring to appropriate partners
  • Prepare briefing notes, meeting minutes, and provide documentation for meetings and correspondence
  • Delegate and follow up on action items, support space planning for department growth
  • Partner with P&C to own and oversee onboarding of new Executive direct report team members
  • Handle special projects as assigned by Executive
