Role Overview

The Executive Business Support, Sales & Operations role is the operational backbone of Cardinal Health Asia Pacific. This position enables senior leaders to focus on high-level strategy by handling seamless execution across executive support, office management, sales reporting, finance, vendor relations, security, and compliance. Based in Singapore-Commercial, you will orchestrate complex multi-country logistics, ensure business continuity, and elevate employee and customer experiences while mitigating risks. Provide top-tier administrative assistance to APAC leadership, including calendar and travel management, expense processing, organizing leadership meetings, handling confidential tasks, maintaining contact lists and org charts, liaising with travel agents, and overseeing logistics for regional events.

Office & Facilities Management

Manage day-to-day office operations in Australia and Singapore, coordinating vendors, couriers, storage solutions, and site policies while supporting visitor engagement and employee experience.

Sales Support & Reporting

Prepare accurate sales reports, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, and handle event compliance approvals to drive sales efficiency.

Finance & Procurement

Process purchase orders and invoices, manage pre-approvals, corporate credit cards, and vendor setups, ensuring adherence to company policies and cost-effectiveness.

Vendor & Contract Management

Oversee vendor onboarding, contract lifecycles, payments, and compliance, particularly for events across multiple markets.

Security, Safety & Compliance

Serve as the primary security contact, monitor alarms and access passes, report incidents, confirm employee safety during crises, conduct site assessments, and manage contract lifecycles across 8 markets, coordinating approvals, signatures, and archiving with paralegal and secretarial services.
