The Executive Director, Clinical Development (Pediatrics) plays a pivotal role in Gilead's virology portfolio, focusing on novel drugs for children. Based at our global headquarters in Foster City, California, with remote options for highly qualified candidates, this position oversees pediatric programs for HIV treatment and PrEP, viral hepatitis, viral respiratory diseases, and other antivirals. As Pediatric Head, you will lead Phase 1-3 clinical trials, develop pediatric clinical strategies, and ensure our medicines reach pediatric populations effectively. You will direct the development of Pediatric Clinical Development Plans and Target Product Profiles, liaising with Gilead Asset Teams and supporting Development Evidence Teams for seamless integration.
