Role Overview

  • Driving GCS 4.0 rollout through onboarding, training Process Owners (POs) and Control Owners (COs), and facilitating risk assessments.
  • Coordinating quarterly key control testing, policy reviews (including Schedule of Authority and SAP segregation of duties), and audit remediation.
  • Optimizing processes by benchmarking GCC best practices and recommending standardization.
  • Leading team performance via mentoring, coaching, and development plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Chartered Accountancy (CA) or a Bachelor’s/International Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in internal controls, with at least 50% focused on COSO/SOX implementation, testing, process improvement, and audits. Big-4 experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly ERP like SAP, planning tools, and integrated solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and drive change across organizational levels.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, data flows, and fluency in English.
