Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this Executive Manager role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or optimization functions, with hands-on use of modeling and technical design tools such as Llamasoft, Coupa SCG, JDA, or similar.
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain Guru and Data Guru (mandatory), along with proficiency in optimization algorithms, data science techniques, and supply chain operations.
• Strong skills in leadership, communication, results orientation, problem-solving agility, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, Power BI, and experience managing big databases with SQL (preferred).
