Role Overview

The Executive Manager - Tech Business Engagement role is pivotal in PepsiCo's Sector IT lean DevSecOps team, focusing on Supply Chain Planning solutions across AMESA (Africa, Middle East, South Asia) and APAC markets including India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, South Africa, China, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, and Taiwan. This position bridges IT and business stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of ISCP products such as BlueYonder/JDA Demand, ESP, IO, SS, and Daily Production Planning (DPP). Reporting to IT Leads, you will manage operations, projects, security, and partner teams of 15+ resources in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as IT Analyst, collaborating with partner resources to resolve sustain issues and deliver projects on time.
  • Lead weekly review calls with Sector Business stakeholders to prioritize and align on deliverables.
  • Become the go-to ISCP expert, managing business user queries, critical incidents, and tickets.
  • Serve as Security Champion, tracking vulnerabilities, remediation plans, and ensuring compliance with security governance.
  • Own the environment landscape, coordinating patching activities and technical upgrades/migrations.
  • Collaborate with business partners across 10+ markets to prioritize Change Requests (CRs) and Continuous Improvements (CIs).
  • Support IT Leads on ad-hoc tasks, new tool assessments, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Innovate workflows, introduce automation to reduce sustain costs, and analyze Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Manage relationships with IT teams, vendors, and third-party providers while participating in strategic roadmaps and steering committees.
