Role Overview

• Support the transition and integration of new workstreams as part of white space closure initiatives to expand team scope.
• Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and support career development and engagement for 5-6 direct reports.
• Oversee resource planning, capability building, and foster a high-performance culture within the Total Rewards team.

Qualifications & Requirements
