Role Overview

Join MongoDB as an Executive Partner Specialist and lead the strategic coordination of our global Accenture partnership. This high-impact role focuses on activating co-selling opportunities across North America while scaling through regionally focused System Integrator (SI) Specialists. As the owner of the Accenture consolidated business plan, you'll drive aggressive pipeline growth in top Enterprise accounts, transformational projects in existing clients, and new customer acquisition using MongoDB's modern developer data platform.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Coordinate the global MongoDB team of Accenture Specialists across all geographies for maximum impact
  • Own the complete Accenture consolidated business plan including NetARR metrics, certifications, strategic wins, and joint solutions development
  • Drive North America go-to-market engagements either directly or by leveraging regional SI Specialists
  • Collaborate with MongoDB SI leaders in AMER, EMEA, and APAC to establish joint objectives, execution plans, and accountability measures
  • Work closely with Offshore SI leadership to ensure seamless global partnership execution
  • Build strategic 3-way go-to-market initiatives with Cloud Partners AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Analyze existing Accenture dynamics, revamp strategic approaches, and drive execution through defined workstreams
  • Establish relationships from executive to operational levels at Accenture with proper governance and metric monitoring
  • Scale pipeline growth targeting top Enterprise accounts and transformational MongoDB projects

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as an Executive Partner Specialist at MongoDB, you need proven enterprise sales success in complex partner ecosystems:

  • 15+ years quota-carrying field experience in fast-paced, competitive markets focused on new business acquisition
  • 5+ years specific experience generating pipeline and selling through Accenture (or at Accenture) in heavy matrix sales models
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technologies like MongoDB Atlas
  • Consistent track record of sales overachievement and smashing revenue targets
  • Expertise building business champions and navigating complex sales processes
  • Formal Sales Methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) with practical field application
  • Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open source technologies (MongoDB, NoSQL experience a plus)
  • High EQ, self-awareness, and rapid credibility-building with executives
