Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Active participation in building the quoting strategy
• Preparing ocean and transcon transport offers (with a focus on large RFQs)
• Effective collaboration with business partners in acquiring rates
• Close cooperation with the Product Manager, Sales department, and operational teams
• Analyzing prepared quotations in terms of win ratio
• Analyzing contract terms and expectations, and responding to inquiries

Qualifications

Our Requirements:

• At least one year of professional experience in logistics
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Understanding of international logistics operations and pricing in various modes (especially ocean and road transport)
• Very good knowledge of both English and Polish (minimum B2 level)
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite (great command of Excel)
• Quick action and ease of adapting to situations
• Very good organizational skills, especially under time pressure
• Curiosity and a positive attitude towards seeking challenges and solutions
