As an Experienced Associate/ Senior Associate in our Transformation Architecture team, you will work with clients to address strategic, organizational, and operational challenges. You will support the formulation of initiatives, assist in transforming operations and processes, and contribute to improving business performance.

 

In this role, you will contribute to client engagements, assist in discussions, conduct research and analysis, and help deliver practical recommendations aligned with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of growth strategies and strategic planning frameworks
• Assist in operating model design and enterprise-wide cost reduction initiatives
• Analyze data to identify key drivers of business value and support decision-making processes
• Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, proposals, and project documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive account planning and support business development
• Help ensure the successful execution of projects by supporting project planning and coordination

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• A bachelor's degree (business, economics, engineering, or related fields preferred)
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting, strategy, or business transformation role
• Exposure to strategy development, operational improvement, or business analysis
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to large-scale projects and stakeholder engagement

 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Experience working with large organizations or on cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with digital transformation, data analytics, or process optimization tools
