Job Description

• Managing the office assets condition
• Tracking the office assets position
• Preparing computer/office assets for user 
• Preparing daily and monthly report of assets status and condition
• Calculating the number of asset to be purchased
• Analyzing of data asset for purchasing process: price comparison, selecting various items from outside resources

 

 

Requirements

• Experience 2 – 3 years in Asset Management or similar area
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), System Information, or Management
• Must be competent in Ms. Office
• Fast leaner and detail oriented
• Has analytical capabilities
