Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and help support important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability.

 

We call our human resources group the Talent Team, reflecting how important our people are to the success of the EY organization. Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy and solutions, including the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firm’s employees achieve their goals. You will lead as well as support the development and implementation of strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, reward and wellbeing, recruiting, onboarding reporting processes and other initiatives.

As part of our recruitment team, you will build strategic relationship with key leaders and other teams across our complex business. Understanding our business issues are imperatives. Identify and implement recruitment solutions will extend your talents. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced hire roles across service lines, ensuring alignment with business needs and workforce plans
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and provide market insights
  • Manage and guide recruiters in delivering effective sourcing, screening, and selection processes
  • Drive recruitment campaigns and talent pipelining initiatives to attract qualified candidates
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and data privacy requirements throughout the recruitment process
  • Support process improvements and digital initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency
  • Undertake or lead special projects from time to time

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A graduate qualification
  • Minimum 8 years working experience leading recruitment team and managing resourcing matters
  • Acquire proven experience in leading, coaching and developing teams in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate capability to design and implement resourcing solutions with a strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working closely with key senior management leaders
  • Analytical, resourceful and meticulous
  • Strong interpersonal, communications and project management skills
  • Ideally with hands-on knowledge on resourcing platforms, tools and techniques
