Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable overseas and local universities, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information System, or related fields
- Minimum 6 years (for Manager) & 10 years (for Senior Manager) of related working experience, preferably in:
- Management Consulting,
- IT Consulting,
- Big-4 firms,
- Banking, or
- Insurance.
- Has exposure to work/project in financial services, including but not limited to Digital Transformation, IFRS Assessment/Implementation, Regulatory Reporting, Due Diligence, and Project Management Office (PMO)
- Fluency in English both written and verbal is mandatory
- Comfortable with working in fast-paced environment
- Confident in communication skill, both in terms of interpersonal and public speaking
- Strong leadership and teamwork across countries collaboration
- Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members
