We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant (ML/LLM Operations) to join our Technology Consulting team, driving innovation through advanced AI and large language model solutions.

 

What we look for

 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, MLOps, or related consulting roles.
• Strong expertise in Python or R, specializing in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) workflows.
• Proven experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies.
• Deep familiarity with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML offerings.
• Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).
• Practical knowledge of large language models (LLM), including frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or OpenAI.
• Experience developing and optimizing NLP solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
• Proven capability to mentor and guide junior team members and manage complex AI projects.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, thriving in collaborative consulting environments.
