EY DnA is the data and advanced analytics capability within EY Asia-Pacific, with over 500 specialist employees working across multiple industry sectors.

We implement information-driven strategies, data platforms and advanced data analytics solution systems that help grow, optimize and protect client organizations. We go beyond strategy and provide end to end design, build and implementation of real-life data environments and have some of the best architects, project managers, business analysts, data scientists, big data engineers, developers and consultants in the region.

We are looking for passionate GenAI Engineers to join our growing team. This role combines expertise in artificial intelligence, natural language modelling, machine learning and software engineering to develop and deploy multi-agentic workflows & applications.  

 

Your key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy intelligent single / multi-agentic application that leverage GenAI models (e.g. LLMs) and perform task decomposition, planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end AI-powered workflows integrated with backend systems, APIs and data pipelines on cloud-based platforms (example Microsoft Azure, AWS).
• Develop, refine, and implement advanced NLP (natural language processing) & predictive models to generate insights from complex structured and unstructured data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable GenAI solutions.
• Conduct rapid prototyping, PoCs and experiments in AI agent frameworks (e.g. Lang Framework including Langchain, LangFlow, LangGraph & LangSmith or LlamaIndex)
• Ensure good code quality, packaging meeting production deployment requirements and maintainability through best practices in software engineering.
• Utilize full-stack development knowledge using DevOps with hands-on practice in language like Python, Java, React (Node.js) language to develop end-to-end application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, presenting findings to a business / management audience and providing strategic recommendations.
• Stay current with technical and industry developments and standards to ensure effective and advanced applications of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Define success metrics and deliverable timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet strategic objectives.

 

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience / beginner knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, , Generative AI, Data Transformation, Scripting.
• Knowledge and experience in project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches)
• Experience in a delivery role on exploratory analysis, data science, Big Data analytics projects
• Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills and stakeholder management experience
• Experience in business intelligence, data warehousing/platform, and data strategy projects

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Min bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with any of the domain - Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Generative AI specifically with Large Language Models (LLM).
• Proficiency in Python and other applicable full-stack software programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, language modelling, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Excellent understanding of data science algorithms, processes, tools, and platforms.
• Possess a strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of API integration, containerization (E.g., Docker), cloud platforms (E.g. Azure, AWS, GCP), automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices
