The opportunity

Our Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team seeks to build a better working world by helping businesses respond to social, environmental and economic challenges. We help clients improve and report on their sustainability performance. Specifically, we help clients manage emerging risks, and reduce costs through the design and implementation of systems and processes and leverage opportunities in areas such as climate change, green and sustainable finance, health and safety, labor rights, nonfinancial reporting, supply chain and environmental management.

 

Your key responsibilities

You will be working on various projects for our clients from different sectors and you may focus on:

• Analyzing activities in the field of ESG and design of strategic activities in the field of responsible business and sustainable development;
• Defining and implementing ESG strategies & linkage to revised business models that address today’s business needs and future growth
• Participating in projects regarding  non-financial data reporting and integrated reporting for our clients;
• Measuring company's impact on the environment, economy, and society;
• Conducting sector, market research & studies for our clients with focus on ESG topics
• Participating in market research and business development activities

 

Skills and attributes for success 

• Master’s degree
• 2-3 years experience with working on projects in the area of climate change, sustainability, ESG etc.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Slovak
• Great verbal and written communications skills
• Analytical thinking
• Curiosity and ability to learn new things
• Client oriented approach

We are looking for a talented professional with significant experience in climate change and sustainability consulting experience, sustainability / ESG advisory, including exposure to energy management, ESG strategy, sustainable value creation, ESG due diligence, sustainable finance and ESG Reporting.
