As a Change Management consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change strategies that ensure a smooth transition and acceptance of new processes, roles and tools within the organization.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

 As a member of the People Consulting team, you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences.  In your role as a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.

 Your specific role as an experienced Change Management consultant is to:

  • Develop and execute change management plans and strategies.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and communication plans to increase engagement and acceptance.
  • Support the implementation of business projects, including developing and delivering training programs and supporting people in adopting new processes and tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance and risks associated with change.
  • Coach and support leadership teams to help them manage change effectively.
  • Create supporting documentation and reports for change projects.

  • Capable to thoroughly manage (multiple) projects in an autonomous way, from the planning phase through to implementation;

  • Willingness to work in an extremely diverse, flexible, fun loving team with focus on trust and respect.

 

Your Profile

You have min. 3-4 years of demonstrated work experience in organizational change management, preferably in a business context (experience in guiding change initiatives and transformation projects, outside of technology/IT).

  • Master degree in economics or people related education such as: people & change management, business engineering, business administration, applied economics.
  • Certifications such as PROSCI Change Management, Kotter’s Change Management, or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with the ADKAR model and/or other change management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge or at least a strong curiosity in innovative solutions such as AI, Machine learning, VR etc.
  • Relevant consultancy experience, working in a Big 4, a global management consultancy firm, a niche change management organization or a boutique consultancy firm.
  • Proactive, client-oriented mindset.
  • Strong collaboration abilities in working together with a team.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Eager to learn.
