Your Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery:

• Lead small to mid-size client projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery in alignment with defined plans.
• Conduct client meetings, either independently or in collaboration with the Engagement Manager, to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Research and prepare comprehensive data packs for presentations and workshop documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of on-demand reports and analyses to facilitate effective planning and decision-making.
• Establish and maintain common documentation standards for projects.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Demonstrate proficiency in creating advanced presentations using PowerPoint and utilizing Excel and Word for project documentation.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, fostering strong working relationships with client project coordinators and stakeholders.
• Maintain open lines of communication to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

3. Practice Development

• Contribute to the development of industry sector presentations and assist in creating proposals and approach notes to support business development efforts.

• Emerging Technologies: Digital Solutions, Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry, focusing on one or a combination of the specified areas, with a minimum of 2 years in project delivery roles (e.g., Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Workstream Leader).
• Intermediate knowledge of emerging technologies, including Cloud, IoT, and RPA.
• A strong understanding of organizational processes and regulations in sectors such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Commerce, and Logistics.
• Familiarity with technology consulting and digital transformation initiatives.
• A systematic approach to technology adoption within various contexts (applications, processes, operating models).
• Experience in both on-premises and cloud infrastructure is advantageous.
• A proven track record in consulting (e.g., Big 4 firms, IBM) or relevant industries (FMCG, Manufacturing).
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (speaking, reading, writing).
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with MS Project, Visio, Orbus, Sparx, and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Professional certificates (e.g., CSM, PMP, TOGAF, ITIL/ITSM) are advantageous.
