Risk Consulting is a part of Consulting Practice in EY. We provide services in the area of enterprise resilience, third party risk management, digital risk management and risk technology, regulatory and compliance management, ESG risk and compliance management and internal audit/ internal controls.

As one of member of Risk Consulting, you will help leading organizations implement a sound approach to corporate governance.  This will allow clients to develop greater confidence that they can respond to whatever the future may face. In each project that you are in, you will work with colleagues from other parts of the business such as Information Technology Advisory, Technology Risk and Assurance professionals and from other EY Office in Asia Pacific. You will also be developed to leveraging different disruptive technology to solve the clients’ issues includes data analytic, automation, IOT, etc.

 

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead work streams or specific tasks of risk consulting services, formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions for clients
• Ensure work efficiency during all engagements by continuously improving processes, utilizing methodologies, tools, and technologies
• Be responsible for parts of the final deliverables for clients
• Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of workshops, presentations and training at client premises and within the team
• Work closely with the project manager, identify and escalate potential risks and issues to project manager along with suggested preventive or mitigating actions
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through effective management of interactions with client personnel
• Supervise and coach junior professionals, help people enhance their contribution and develop their capabilities
• Conduct market research, contribute to the development of proposals, identifies and escalates potential business opportunities on existing engagements

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A Bachelor (or above)’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 04 years in strategy, performance improvement, auditing, compliance, risk management or related fields\
• Good knowledge on Business Administration, Value chain, Business processes, Risk management, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Accounting and Finance, Legal and regulations
• Having experiences with Telecommunication/ Technology/ Advanced Manufacturing/ Logistic Industries would be a plus
• Strong analytics, advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills, fluency (writing and speaking) in both Vietnamese and English.
• CIA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA/ or other relevant certifications would be a plus
