The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product development and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, engineers, product teams, and clients. Manage risks in the development of API documentation.
• Requirements Gathering: Collect and prioritize customer and internal feedback to inform product decisions.
• Product Ownership: Act as a product owner for API documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure aligned product delivery.
• Product Development: Oversee product development, testing, and launch processes.

 

Requirements:

• Technical Background: Strong understanding of APIs, software development, and technical documentation for at least 4 years
• Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Leadership: Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Product Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications: Optional: Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar.

 

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with agile development methodologies.
2. Knowledge of documentation tools like Swagger, OpenAPI, or Docs-as-Code.
3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
4. Experience with customer-facing roles or technical support.
