The Opportunity

Join EY’s Global Talent Attraction Team in McKinley Taguig and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment for the UK&I market. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leaders, engineer sourcing strategies that outpace the market, and deliver the talent that drives EY’s next era of success.
What You’ll Do
•    Lead strategic sourcing for critical roles across the UK&I region, navigating complex hiring landscapes and building strong partnerships with hiring teams and recruiters.
•    Elevate the candidate experience—conduct insightful interviews, champion diversity, and nurture talent through every stage of the recruitment process.
•    Analyze market data and act as a Talent Advisor, crafting innovative sourcing strategies and building a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates through targeted engagement and referrals.
•    Champion EY’s brand in the market—lead bold talent campaigns and elevate your impact by coaching the next generation of recruitment leaders.
•    Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets, contributing to EY’s reputation for talent excellence.
What You’ll Bring
•    6+ years of recruitment experience with a proven record of innovative sourcing and high-impact placements.
•    Expertise in at least one of: Consulting, Assurance, Strategy & Transactions, Core Business Services, or Tax & Legal Advisory.
•    You flex seamlessly across HR, finance, IT, marketing, risk, and business development, adapting fast and thriving in the ever-shifting UK&I talent arena.
