Withholding Tax Reclaim Manager

 

We’re looking for our new colleague who will be part of our Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) Team

Your key responsibilities 

 

As part of the Luxembourg “Professional of the Financial Sector” (PFS) team and Business Tax Services department, you will provide Operational and Regulatory services to our clients by applying our multidisciplinary approach. 

 

You will advise on business process design and outsourcing, implement operational and tax processes, assist in becoming compliant with regulations for leading financial institutions, insurance companies as well as private equity and real estate entities.

What we look for

 

• You display excellent commercial, management and organizational skills, including strong report writing, research and analytical skills. You are comfortable in multicultural environments built on a shared culture of team spirit, mutual respect and openness.
• Master’s degree in management, tax, engineering, finance or economics
• At least 5 years of experience in a tax department with a focus on operational taxes, withholding tax reclaims, tax reporting, FATCA, CRS and/or QI 
• Fluency in English. knowledge of French and/or German is considered as an asset
• Highly process driven, ability to communicate effectively and a team-player mindset
• Organization, flexibility and ability to manager several files with solid analytical skills
