The Opportunity
EY Consulting is growing, and we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Technology Consulting – Platforms team. This role provides the opportunity to work on exciting transformation projects, focusing on ERP implementations and financial systems enablement. You will be part of a high-performing team delivering technology-enabled solutions to help clients improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end ERP implementation activities, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Assist in translating finance and accounting requirements into system solutions, with a focus on ERP platforms such as SAP (FICO) or Oracle.

• Work closely with clients to identify improvement areas and support finance transformation initiatives.

• Prepare documentation including business process flows, system configurations, and training materials.

• Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timelines.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.

• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.

• 1–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting or ERP-related role.

• Understanding or hands-on experience in ERP systems such as SAP FICO or Oracle Financials.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Prior experience in ERP implementation, support, or transformation projects.

• Knowledge of financial processes, controls, and reporting.

• Exposure to project management methodologies.
