We are looking for a Fabrication Production Supervisor

You’ll make a difference by

• Responsible for cultivating high safety practices.
• Disciplinary and technical management of the frame construction production unit.
• Responsible for the production unit costs & production unit deadlines.
• Responsible for the production unit quality.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable standards and statutory regulations.
• Ongoing process improvements & Ongoing process improvements. (Kaizen,3i)
• Coaching and hiring of employees

Desired Skills:

• You should have minimum experience of 5-8 years with bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Basic knowledge of SAP/R3 (PP module)
• Good Communication Skills.
• Should have knowledge of heavy fabrication industries (Bogie Frame experience is preferred)
