Role Overview

The Facilities Assistant Supervisor role at PepsiCo in Giza, Egypt, is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across our plant facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and planning facilities services such as housekeeping, catering, courier, uniforms, consumables, waste disposal, gardening, printing, stationery, water, electricity, gas, and telephones.
• Controlling the plant's annual operating facilities services plan.
• Managing day-to-day housekeeping within the plant and providing office supplies.
• Implementing asset management and transfers, including proper transportation shuttle bus management.
• Supervising travel logistics via carpool, service cars, and rentals, ensuring compliance with T&E policy.
• Managing telecommunication infrastructure, mobile services, and modems per benefits policy.
• Ensuring archiving services, emergency cars, cafeteria, and clinic operations are efficiently handled.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as Facilities Assistant Supervisor, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in FMCG facilities management. Key traits include the ability to work independently under pressure, strong leadership to engage all organizational levels, financial and budgeting acumen, excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English, Microsoft Office proficiency, and sharp problem-solving abilities.
