Role Overview

• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPAs, deviation investigations, and change controls for utility assets.
• Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and participate in regulatory audits and inspections.
• Manage small to medium projects, provide technical input on commissioning/qualification, and mentor junior staff.
• Monitor system performance for predictive maintenance, energy efficiency, and cost reductions.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as Facilities Engineer III, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in HVAC and utility systems maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech settings. A Master’s degree with 3+ years qualifies as well.
