The Facilities Maintenance Supply Chain Leader (3rd Shift, 11pm-7am) at PepsiCo's Binghamton, New York facility is a pivotal leadership role. You will guide a team of 8-10 hourly maintenance mechanics, Building and Grounds Maintenance Team, and Building Utility Technicians. This position ensures reliability, cost efficiency, continuous improvement, and top-tier safety across all shifts. Responsibilities span uptime, equipment reliability, facilities upkeep, capital expenditure (CapEx) execution, resource conservation, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). As a motivator and coach, you'll strategize processes, solve floor-level problems, and interface with production, warehouse, and sanitation teams.

• Manage a team of 8-10 mechanics with diverse experience levels, focusing on development, motivation, and performance targets.
• Execute CapEx projects for facilities equipment and partner with the Sustainability Manager on resource conservation initiatives.
• Coach frontline teams to resolve technical and operational issues, enhancing short- and long-term goals.
• Drive improvements in quality, cost, service, safety, communication, and engagement.
• Administer policies, facilitate large-scale expense projects, and provide direct support to departmental customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Two-year technical or engineering degree (required).
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance, project management, and facilities management (preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal/written communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Team-building expertise; knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and financial acumen beneficial.
