Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll lead with purpose, focusing on operational excellence across all shifts.

• Lead and motivate a team of mechanics and wastewater operators, fostering development and accountability for individual, team, and business unit goals.
• Achieve site performance targets for uptime, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and building/grounds maintenance.
• Develop, implement, and lead the plant’s facilities strategy, emphasizing food safety, personal safety, environmental compliance, utility reduction, and CAPEX planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, services, and safety while tracking performance and cost efficiencies.
• Coach team members on processes, facilitate floor-level problem-solving, and deliver change leadership to minimize business and people impacts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers and internal customers, conduct presentations, and lead formal training programs.

• Superior communication, training, and change management abilities for hourly and salaried teams.
• Comfortable with plant floor presence, off-shift/weekend work, and outdoor conditions in varying weather.
