• Partner with Facilities Supervisor to execute all scheduled and preventative maintenance programs
• Master computerized maintenance management systems to track equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
• Conduct comprehensive monthly maintenance and safety inspections across the entire facility
• Respond immediately to emergency situations, minimizing disruptions to distribution operations
• Assemble and install complex equipment including drive motors, gearboxes, belts, gravity conveyors, and material handling systems
• Perform daily building perimeter and grounds inspections with cleanup and general repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues rapidly to reduce downtime and maintain productivity
• Complete technical training and team-building exercises to continuously improve skills and team performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory documentation for compliance and efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Lululemon Facilities Maintenance Technician in Brampton, you'll need:

• 3+ years proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical trades, or general contracting
• Expertise across multiple trades: power tools, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, PIT equipment operation
• Physical capability to lift 50lbs frequently and work in various conditions
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, basic computers, and maintenance management software
• Schedule flexibility for nights, holidays, weekends, overtime, and peak season demands (minimum 40 hours/week)
• English proficiency for safety compliance, training, and communication (bilingual candidates encouraged)
• Safety-first mindset with proven ability to maintain secure work environments

Salary & Benefits

• Typical Hiring Range: $33.35 - $41.70/hour
• Target Bonus: 5% of base pay
• Total Target Base Pay: $35.02 - $43.79/hour
• Shift Premiums: Additional $1.00 - $1.25/hour
