The Facilities Manager position at PepsiCo's Regency Park site in South Australia is a pivotal role ensuring the seamless operation of site services and buildings. Minimize engineering downtime for services, buildings, and facilities. Support root cause failure analysis to identify and prevent recurring issues, enhancing overall site reliability and productivity.
Oversee external contractors in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Handle scheduling, performance reviews, inductions, and documentation to ensure high standards and seamless integration with PepsiCo operations.
Effectively manage and control expenses for allocated accounts, optimizing budgets without compromising quality or safety.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess trades or tertiary qualifications, preferably in engineering or a related field, coupled with 2–3 years of experience in engineering or maintenance support within FMCG environments. Key technical skills include a strong understanding of FMCG equipment, modern maintenance practices, SAP PM, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration, contractor management, leadership, and negotiation abilities are essential. Additionally, mechanical/electrical aptitude, basic fault-finding capabilities, computer literacy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The ideal candidate excels at prioritizing tasks, driving results, and maintaining safety and compliance in a dynamic setting.
