  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD) and fastening simulation tools.
  • Expertise in quality management systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in SPC, FMEA, and PPAP processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including occasional off-shift support.
