Siemens Mobility is seeking a Fault-Finding Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in Siemens Mobility systems. You'll work with cutting-edge railway technology and contribute to keeping mobility solutions running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software faults
  • Perform root cause analysis on system failures
  • Create detailed fault reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams
  • Support on-site and remote troubleshooting activities
  • Maintain accurate records of faults and resolutions
  • Provide technical guidance to junior technicians
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards


Required Qualifications:

  • Technician or Engineering diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics)
  • 3+ years of experience in fault finding or troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of railway systems, signaling, or mobility technology
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Fluent in Hebrew and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Siemens systems or PLC programming
  • Knowledge of railway safety standards (TSI, EN standards)
  • Certification in electrical safety or relevant technical field
  • Experience with SCADA or control systems
