Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Deliver multi-channel support: Engage federal customers via ticketing systems, live chat, and screensharing to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot comprehensively: Reproduce issues across Datadog's 600+ integrations, including cloud infrastructure, APM, logs, RUM, and security monitoring.
• Educate and empower customers: Guide federal agencies on optimal Datadog GovCloud usage, from basic setup to advanced observability strategies.
• Drive product improvements: Participate in product conversations with engineering teams, sharing actionable insights from customer interactions.
• Master GovCloud expertise: Develop deep knowledge across all Datadog federal product areas, including compliance features and security controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain detailed documentation: Create knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides for common federal use cases.
• Champion customer success: Proactively identify opportunities to expand Datadog adoption within federal organizations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years providing multi-channel technical support at SaaS companies, preferably in cloud/observability space
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce GovCloud Plus, Jira, Confluence, or similar enterprise tools
• Engineering mindset with proven technical troubleshooting and programming experience
• Basic Linux knowledge including command line proficiency and scripting
• Exceptional communication skills - both written documentation and verbal customer interactions
