Reporting to the Head of Product Solutions Architecture, you'll partner across Sales Engineering, Product Management, Global Information Security, and more in our hybrid workplace that prioritizes work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Lead with Authority: Showcase Datadog's platform alongside thought leadership in modern Security and Observability, highlighting advanced security solutions and industry best practices.
• Trusted Advisory: Counsel Sales leaders and customer CISOs on security ROI, value realization, vulnerability analysis, and adoption strategies tailored to their vertical.
• GTM Innovation: Spot industry-specific security threats and trends during engagements, fueling top-of-funnel insights for Product, GTM, BVA, and Architecture teams.
• C-Level Guidance: Strategically direct CISO/CIO/CTO/CEO executives through their security adoption journey, investment decisions, and operationalization of security/observability.
• Collaborative Excellence: Work with Product Solutions Architecture, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to deliver high-quality security technical resources to practitioners and buyers.
• Presentation Mastery: Drive security architecture engagements and Executive Briefing Center sessions on architecture, best practices, and trends for high-profile clients.
• Talent Acquisition: Support leadership in recruiting top security talent for PSA and Field CTO/CISO teams.
• Relationship Building: Forge lasting partnerships that accelerate Datadog's worldwide growth and customer success in cloud-native environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 15+ years in Enterprise Security architecture at scale, with expertise mapping security architectures to real-world cloud and application security use cases.
• Deep knowledge of security/observability space, technological shifts, and hands-on technologist background for credibility across organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker capable of long-term planning for diverse security and business challenges.
• Proven stakeholder management with VP+ and C-level security executives in large enterprises.
• Exceptional presentation skills for large audiences, complex technical details, and executive briefings.
• Excellent verbal/written communication with focus on security topics for technical and non-technical personas.

Salary & Benefits
