  • 3-5 years in sales/revenue enablement, learning & development, training, or teaching roles at technology companies
  • Outstanding communicator who can simplify complex cloud monitoring and observability concepts
  • Prior SaaS sales experience at high-growth technology companies (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with enablement tools: Confluence, Docebo, Figma, Mentimeter
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies: MEDDICC, Command of the Message
  • Team player who can collaborate with analysts, engineers, sales reps, and executives
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across APAC region for training delivery
