Datadog, the leading cloud monitoring and security platform for modern cloud applications, is seeking a Field Enablement Manager (LATAM) based in São Paulo, Brazil. This is a foundational hire as Datadog accelerates growth across Latin America, particularly in Brazil and Mexico. Reporting to the Director of Field Enablement in New York City, you'll be the first dedicated Field Enablement Manager in LATAM, delivering ongoing ramp and everboarding for Sales and Customer Success teams.

Our GTM Enablement team equips Sales and Customer Success with essential skills, knowledge, and tools. You'll partner across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Curriculum, and Operations to drive field performance. This role supports sellers and CSMs in Brazil and Mexico, plus Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking sellers in North America (Boston, Denver, Atlanta) targeting LATAM accounts. With ~30% travel across Latin America and North America, you'll adapt global programs to local language, culture, sales motions, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions focused on ongoing ramp and everboarding for LATAM Sales and Customer Success teams using Datadog's Infrastructure Monitoring, APM, and Logs.
• Partner closely with Sales and CS leaders in Brazil and Mexico to diagnose performance needs and provide targeted SaaS sales training.
• Support bilingual sellers in North America selling Datadog's cloud observability solutions into LATAM markets.
• Adapt global enablement content for Spanish, Portuguese, and English audiences, ensuring cultural and market relevance.
• Design reinforcement activities like role plays, deal clinics, and skill practices tied to MEDDICC methodology and real customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with the Curriculum team to share LATAM field insights and improve global DevOps enablement programs.
• Track metrics, gather feedback, and use data to measure enablement ROI and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted partnerships to recommend enablement interventions for Datadog observability sales.
• Surface regional insights to global teams, influencing future cloud monitoring training content.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–5 years in sales enablement, field enablement, or GTM roles within SaaS/technology, with LATAM experience as a strong plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English – mandatory for multilingual delivery.
• Proven facilitation skills for engaging live/virtual sessions on complex topics like APM and log management.
• SaaS Sales/Customer Success support experience, ideally with observability or DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, or similar sales methodologies.
• Business acumen to analyze performance data and connect Datadog product pillars (Infrastructure, APM, Logs) to customer value.
• Collaborative, relationship-focused, scrappy builder comfortable with ~30% travel.
