Provide one-on-one training to PepsiCo Sales Representatives (PSRs) to build their business acumen and sales capabilities. Set monthly targets for each salesperson, work alongside them in the field for coaching, and monitor performance via regular sales reports. Communicate incentives effectively to motivate teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
Oversee distributor, hub, and spokes appointments and retirements for territories. Maintain distributor health by monitoring ROI and ensuring adherence to joint business plans. Collaborate on recruitment and retention of sales representatives, minimize expiry and stales through FIFO and proper stacking, track timely order deliveries, ensure food compliance, and develop distributors on PepsiCo's sales competencies.
