  • Setting monthly targets, monitoring PSR performance via sales reports, and motivating teams with incentives.
  • Managing distributor appointments, retirements, ROI health, recruitment, retention, and compliance with food safety norms.
  • Facilitating timely order deliveries and developing distributors on PepsiCo sales competencies.
