• Valid U.S. CDL license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (applicable in certain locations).
• Pass DOT Physical and Road-test if required, adhering to all DOT regulations.
• Refrigeration certification Type I/Type II for senior technicians.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 20-45 lbs repeatedly, kneel, crouch, and move heavy equipment.
• Effective communication in English, especially if CDL is needed.
