Then come and join our Indonesian team as Finance Admin Intern.

Your task and responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing invoice to customer, including completing the supporting documents and ensure the invoice received by customer.
  • Assist in preparing contract draft, including completing the signature and ensuring the contract document is returned to the company.
  • Assist in document filling including contract document, acceptance certificate, copy invoice etc.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks within the finance team including visit to the customer (if needed)

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • Students currently pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration are preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
  • Candidate should possess advanced skill in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Able to commit for internship at least 6 months

Your personality and skills:
  • You are self-motivated, eager to learn and are a good timekeeper for deliverables.
  • You have high levels of initiative and are a keen problem solver when facing challenges.
  • You are a team player and can manage tight deadlines and time pressure.
  • You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English and possess good communication skills.
