The Finance Business Partner (Commercial) - Philippines Foods role at PepsiCo in Makati City is a strategic position within our dynamic commercial finance team. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will be the go-to finance expert for the Philippines Foods commercial organization. Your primary focus will be supporting the finance planning and productivity agenda, including rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and profitability optimization. This role demands a proactive partner who can influence decision-making across sales, marketing, insights, and commercialization teams, ensuring financial rigor in every commercial initiative.
As a key player in our matrix organization, you will lead end-to-end financial support for launches, scenario simulations, and strategic planning. This is an opportunity to drive tangible business impact in a high-growth market, leveraging PepsiCo's global resources while contributing to local success in the Philippines Foods division.
Monitor and analyze monthly performance of sales and marketing activities across all PH-Foods channels (MT, TT), including detailed variance analysis versus forecast and annual plan (AOP). Deliver actionable insights to enhance commercial execution.
Provide end-to-end partnering with Sales, Marketing, Insights, and Commercialization teams in planning and executing initiatives, such as launch planning and scenario simulations. Ensure alignment on financial assumptions from gross revenue (GR) to net revenue (NR).
Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) process, monthly rolling forecasts, and accounts receivable (AR) for cash flow projections. Build commercial finance planning templates and contribute to SAP design during implementations.
Simulate profit and loss (P&L) statements and profitability assessments for launch decision-making. Track changes in assumptions post-launch to maintain accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
Offer financial analysis for strategic and tactical plans. Proactively collaborate with commercial decision-makers to highlight financial implications of alternatives. Independently drive multi-workstream projects with cross-functional stakeholders to boost profitability. Prepare Category/Brand P&L by Channel and Customer for MT.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential. Experience with SAP and advanced Excel is a plus.
