Your role : drive, challenge and support key decisions through precise analysis of economic and operational data.

In this role, you will be a true partner to the Factory Management, connecting strategy, finance, and operational performance to support the site’s development.

• As transformer you help us to continuously enhance transparency, agility and
• efficiency in decision-making
• As business partner for plant managers and departments you provide transparency
• in reporting, analytical depth and real insights into our financials.
• As teamplayer in our controlling department you play an important role in our
• budgeting, forecasting and calculation processes and contribute to steer our financial
• performance proactively.
• As designer you develop and improve our existing and / or develop new processes
• and tools by leveraging digital solutions, automation and AI.

What defines you

• Degree in management, controlling, finance, or business IT, or equivalent training
• Proven experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing
• environment
• Excellent command of SAP, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Power Automate, KNIME,
• SAP HANA)
• Analytical and structured mindset, combined with strong ability to challenge and
• support operational teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in at least two languages: French, English, or German (knowledge of all three is a plus)
