Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of Kite ACE Finance activities, collaborating closely with team members.
• Serve as strategic business partner for the Midsize Markets sub-region, coordinating with country teams and cross-functional regional leadership.
• Offer performance and forecasting support to the Kite ACE Cross-Functional Team on budgets and planning.
• Perform revenue and OPEX consolidation, engaging senior stakeholders in affiliates, Kite ACE leadership, and global FP&A teams.
• Assist in developing financial budgets for OPEX and headcount across local affiliates and Stockley Park.
• Support monthly accounting close by analyzing variances, managing accruals, and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Drive SAP implementation and finance support for Kite ACE region.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates should demonstrate:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications like ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in biopharmaceuticals, life sciences, or multinational environments.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, revenue consolidation, and financial modeling using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong business partnering skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Excellent analytical abilities, with a track record of variance analysis and accurate financial reporting.
• Leadership experience managing teams or processes in a hybrid, international setting.
• Knowledge of biopharma finance, including affiliate operations and cross-charges, is highly advantageous.

Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus for ACE region collaboration.
